A1:  How do I choose what I want my ad to look like?  Look through some magazines and select the ad styles you like.  Note the name of the companies and what you like about their ads.  Once we understand the style you are looking for, we can adapt that style and make it your own. 

A2:  I've heard there is a 15% ad agency discount available.  How does it work? Most publishers offer a 15% ad agency discount off their general and mail order rates when a valid ad agency creates and submits their ad.  This discount is generally not available with marketplace, directory or service center ads.  If possible, ScoCar Clients

A3:  Who buys the media space for my ad?  Either the Client or ScoCar.

A4:  I want to run one ad in several publications.  Do you charge extra for this? Yes.  Most publishers have different mechanical and digital specifications.  If the ad is a different size and or color than your original ad, it is considered a new ad design.  If the ad is the exact size and color of your existing ad there is setup charge required for each publication.  This covers the time and materials necessary to submit the ad to each publications' ad coordinator.

A5:  I know the style I like but I don't have time to write the ad copy.  Do you offer copy writing?  Yes.  We copy writing is included at no charge with all ad designs.  The Client can, at their option, provide their own copy writing however, standard ad design fees will apply with no discounting available.

A6:  How will I know if my ad is working or not?  Without results tracking, you just won't know.  We recommend using a unique 800# for each ad.  This eliminates having to ask each customer how they heard about you.  This saves you time and money while improving service to your customers.  You can see how each ad is doing by analyzing each phone number over a period of time.  Ad tracking is an additional expense but well worth it as it can save you thousands by showing you which publications are working and which ones are not.
