This reproduction radio antenna replaces your missing, damaged, or non-functioning original.  NOS antennas are going for approximately $350-$400 so this antenna is a great value.

• 1.  Insert the antenna wire through the fender, then the antenna.  You will have to grab the wire through the small hole next to the glove box.  It's a two person job.  Once you have the wire in it, then you can attach the antenna to the fender. 
• 2.  Remove the nut and tip the base to allow it to go through the fender.  You have to slip it in at an angle to get it to go through the hole.  Then, it will be able to fit through it.  NOTE:  If it's too large, you may need to grind a little off but most people find by tipping it in, it will go into the hole. 
• 3.  Pull the antenna up against the bottom of the fender (the base nut will straighten out). 
• 4.  Place the gasket and the base nut against the upper part of the fender. 
• 5.  Tighten the top nut to the base nut. 
• 6.  Rotate the antenna for a straight appearance before finally tightening them down.
